Let me get this striaght: They live and drive in the snow & ice 85% of the year and they STILL can't figure it out?????? That's totaly screwy man! (I'd use stronger language, but I'd proable be banned )

It sounds like those knucleheads should have one of two things done: Have their lience's pulled or be shipped to Florida where they don't have to worry about hills, let alone ice & snow!

Yeah! I'd say at LEAST 85% of the time... if not 100%! You know Canada, so cold and snowy all the time...

But really, I don't understand it! So many people crash due to the snow and ice... it's insane! And it's not like snow is a rare occurance in winter here, either.
