Let me get this striaght: They live and drive in the snow & ice 85% of the year and they STILL can't figure it out??????
That's totaly screwy man! (I'd use stronger language, but I'd proable be banned

It sounds like those knucleheads should have one of two things done: Have their lience's pulled or be shipped to Florida where they don't have to worry about hills, let alone ice & snow!
