I have a stonecrusher steering system on the way and I'm just wondering a few things. How do I install it? I'm kinda a noob...also does it do away with tie rod ends because it has the joints? Also should I still use a steering stabilizer with it? Thanks

remove old linkage. install new linkage :D

dont use a steering stablizer....they are nothing but a bandaid solution.

yes, remove your old setup. the TRE's will be a pain but use a hammer and they will pop out. or use the actual tool. then install, align and enjoy. make sure to use the jam nuts to keep the middle pivot point, pointed forwards more so than down

Send a private message to THATGUY. he ran stonecrusher steering I believe and I bought his old axles. The TRE points on the knuckles are drilled out like before, he used heim joints. He has since gone solid axle, but he has the memory of an elephant, lol.
