Stock trim replacement parts? Where can you buy them?

Well I was looking at the older pics of my truck from before the wreck. I decided, that if the insurance company doesn't total her, I am going to try to get her looking showroom new on the outside to start...

Are there any places that sell the chrome trim bits that are on the '91 XLT door and body? I haven't had any luck trying to find anything online, or via local folks...
