hey i was wondering what is the stock tire size on an 89 ford ranger 2wd 4cyl???

thanks

vlad

should say on your drivers side door, or maybe on the gas door. probably a 28" tire or something like that.

the door is from a 91 4wd so its the wrong tire size

P215/70R14 was a very common size on the 2WD for gen 1-2 models. They can be as small as P195/70R14 on bare-bones stripped models though.

the sticker is attached to the drivers door jam...it doesnt matter if the door was replaced.

go to tire rack dot com and plug in your vehicle it will tell you what was oem for your truck

there were several different tire sizes used on these trucks, like junkie said, it depends on how "fancy" the truck was from the factory.

Both of mine are on the door itself (bought my Ranger new, came there from the factory). :dunno:

i remember it being stuck to the door pillar, not the door. truthfully, its been a while since ive had to look at it so i could be wrong. if that be the case, i appologize :icon_cheers:

mine was 215/75/14 on my 91 2wd 4.0L xlt
