Step bumper receiver hitch

I have a 95' 2.3 std short bed .I need a step bumper receiver hitch that works on the stock step bumper. I am not going to tow anything! I a receiver for a kayak rack I am building from 2x2 tubing. Max weight two kayaks and rack is less than 200lbs..Any ideas ThankZ

Yeah, they sell them at farm supply stores and such. Rural King, Farm and Fleet, Blue Ox--whatever is near you. They bolt through the safety chain holes and give you a 2" receiver.

Problem solved

I found a Curt bumper hitch E-6 or #19060 , fits perfect.just drill two holes12/or3/4 inch and use the ball for the center hole..
