Steering Problem

On Friday nite my Rangers steering started acting up. It started to get all stiff. After awhile of fighting to steer it goes back to normal. The power steering fluid is topped up so thats not the problem. It was no more then -20 that nite, don't know if the cold could play a role in it or not.

if it is really cold it can effect power steering. the fluid gets really thick and has to warm up some
