I am currently in the process of a 4.0 swap in my truck, as well as a full reconstruction. Starting to get to the point where it's time to start thinking about getting it started. Slight problem..... I am trying to use the orig. TOYO "TK" trans. With my new motor. The problem is that the starter bendix cover hits the side of the block???? Is there a different starter that is the smaller hi-torque model that will still work with my 2.8 flywheel?
