ok, here is the update. thought i was going to need a bit more lift for 32" tires. i put them on and discovered i didn't as my 2 inch body lift was enough. they don't rub or anything so i'm good to go. it was a good debate here and if i decide to do this lift later, i'm sure i'll go with the pucks. but for now, it's all good! thanks everyone!!

do not put hockey pucks into your suspension u may as well use wood. pucks are fine for a body lift the vibrations taken up by the stock body mounts but not in the suspension everytime you bottem out all that force is going into a soft material it'll crumble stick wth washers everyones done it and not had a problem another way is you use and old wheel bearing but just the inner part after cutting the cage off thats what i did

Those look good! I was going to use them but no one around me had washers that size, so I just used f150 springs. If you do need more lift, I would use the washers, you will never have to worry about them breaking!

I machined mine out of solid 3" aluminum round stock. those are in my 97. I've had the stacked/welded together washers in the 91 for over 6 years now with no problems.

been riding on a rubber suspension spacers under the springs on my trail rig for the same 4 years i've had the puck bl. they are wearing every bit as well as the hockey pucks. both are doing way better than most of the steel components i put on at the same time. winter snow and road salt takes a lot heavier toll on steel than rubber. at least that has been my experience.
