I've rebuilt a couple 8.8 LS units in the vehicle, heck I only removed one tire on the last one! The LS in my Limited explorer is tight... all used components and it gets silly around corners even when I'm not trying but only when it wants to... gravel is a different story but it is very predictable...

Are you assembling in the stock order or packing in extra clutch discs?

I did it over a year ago, but I rearranged everything for maximum friction, steel on friction and so forth and added another of one of them (whatever made the most sense)
