speedometer stuck on 0mph

I just installed a gauge cluster out of an explorer on my 00 ranger. My old cluster didnt have a tach and this new one does. Everything works fine except the speedometer...it never comes off 0mph and when i open the door instead of it saying "door ajar" it says "fuel reset" and it has a door ajar light but it never lights up

what year explorer?
my 99 has an 02-03 explorer cluster and works fine
u can swap the speedometer motor check the library for a how-to
u may need to rewire some lights too, no big deal it can be done

i think it was like a 97 but it looks the same as all the other ones but ill check the library

ok i checked the library but it only talks about rolling back the odometer and changing the bulbs...but i think im going to get a cluster out of a 2000 and see if that works.

alright i got a cluster out of an 00 explorer and everything works great but it definetly needs to be calibrated for my truck cause its like 10mph off.
