Speeding ticket help

i've never got a ticket,but i've been pulled over twice, the first time the guy pulled me because he said he didn't see my inspection sticker, the second time i was trespassing, i guess im lucky i it may take a ticket to stop speeding cause i do it all the time, in va, we don't have to have a speedometer, cause i dont, well i have one but it doesnt work, lol

what you can do is pay the ticket with a check by mail for $5 more than the fine. that means that they have to mail you back a check for 5 bucks and just dont cash the 5 dollar check. they cant run the points against you untill you cash the check. insurance wont find out that way either.

your gonna have to pay a fine anyway so this is what i would do.

my girlfriend and i have been pulled over 3 times in the last 6 months while driving home to her apartment building. the first time was because she had these fuzzy hot dogs on her rear view mirror. the second time was super bull shit, she had more exhaust coming out of one tail pipe than the other, and the last time was equally as retarted. the cop told us that having the license plate ring on the back that almost every car bought at a dealership has, might be in violation to a vehicle code? i hate those fenton cops, they have never done anything good for me, only hassled me when i just wanted to go home.
