Speed Pulse Signal wire help

I picked up a Eclipse avn5435 Nav unit to go into my 2008 Ranger. The install manual asks me to connect into my trucks Speed Pulse Signal wire. Can anyone here give me some information on where I can tap into this wire, what color the wire is, and maybe even supply me with an idiot proof picture?

Middle plug, first wire. Also some factory radios have this wire at the back of the radio. It should be the same color.

I assume are you talking about the purple wire with the pink tracer in the center plug at the top left with the red piggy back clip attached

Yes thats the one, only I thought it was purple with an orange tracer.

ya might be orange not pink, garage was kinda dark.

The guy at the Ford dealer told me it was Purple with a red tracer, the only thing we all agreed on was the location of the wire and the purple part.
