got 180k on it....the ignition wires are cut, but it ran in december....

how shall i go about fixing the wires?

ignition wires as in spark plug wires? or the wires in the steering column going to the ignition?...if its the wires in the column, it would prolly be easier to just get a new column from the junk yard.

If she lost her keys and the wires were cut sounds like ignition wires to hotwire it. I would add a toggle/kill siwtch and pushbutton start. But youll prolly need a new ignition coil to unlock the steering anyways
