some swap questions

Im looking at picking up a 2000 Explorer with bad heads for $300 and got some questions regarding the motor thats in it and fitment issues. Im looking at doing a mild build on a 4.0 block I have sitting around out of a '94 ranger and was wondering if I would have to go with headers for the 2000 4.0 that was in it or if I could go with headers for a '94? And would headers for a 2000 4.0 even fit the '94?
Im planning on grabbing a set of 95TM heads for a little bump in compression, a 410 cam, and headers(as long as I can figure out if and what headers would work). Any insight and info is appreciated guys!!!!!
