SOHC 4.0 into a 87 BII?

Seriously, uh, I have it in the driveway, and it's more power. Thought it would be worth looking into.
Blockheater. We have had some rough freezes here in the past few years. Heating the block keeps the oil warm, better startup, less wear on engine, helps it last longer. I think there is a heating element to wrap batteries too, but haven't investigated that yet. Most farmers/ ranchers I've talked to recomend the block heater. Can't find one for the 2.9 or I would put one in it. It plugs into a freeze plug hole. easy to install.

If you have the dash, computer and harness. I'm not seeing a problem. It will take a solid week of working on it. Go for the SOHC. But I'd change everything. There is a kid in coweta that did this to an 84 B2. He posted pics on here.
