who all snowboards here? were gettin damn close in wisconsin here, im going next week when afton is supossed to open...hopefully

i tried once, well actually a few times. didnt go too well. but I did pick up skiing last winter and Im not too bad. Some places getting close near here, Killington and I think a few other mountains up in Vermont have been open off and on for the past few weeks

Started last year. I did a couple of rails the second time i went, honest to god. I think because i am skater it seemed easy. Then I got too cocky and got a concussion from just cruising. Might go this year!!!

been snowboarding for 9 years. but oh is not good for snowboarding. usually make a trip to ny but would really like to make a road trip with the ranger when it is done to co to get into some serious mountains

Just got back from night riding!! Mt. Hood (Oregon) opened weeks ago and has a 4 foot base at all three of the resorts. It's 25 bucks for night riding/skiing, 3pm-10pm!!

ive been snowboarding for like 10 yrs now. love it, but we havnet seen snow yet here in ontario. it sucks, but im goin out to BC in march for 11 days to ride with a couple of my buddies that live out there., BC is the boomb for snowboarding went to panorama a couple yrs back was fregen sweet so cant wait to go revalstoke this year.

Well, I'm a two-planker (skier). Sady, still no snow in NH yet. It's not even cold enough to MAKE snow!
On the other hand I had job interviews with to local areas, Loon Mtn & Pat's Peak. I hope one of them will hire me.

I started sking when I was 4 years old and have been riding skatboards my whole life, here at age 45 I still ride skatboards and ride a rip stick also. I made my first snowboard by hand from a kit in woodshop back in 1980. You could only do them back country when I first started. Did my first board at Copper mountain more than 22 years ago. Have never gone back to skis. I just went with my daughters on Thanksgiving day, they are 9 and 7 and have been on skis for about 4 years now. They are both ready to do what dad does and get on boards when we go to Steamboat for X-mas. Now I don't do the parks or the rails, I am just a crusier and my feet only leave the ground to get on the lift. I have way to many bills to pay to get hurt being stupid.

I have a smith helmet with skull candy and it rocks! (skull candy is built in headphones for your I-pod)

Our mountain opened up here last week, but I can't go till semesters up. I got a new Board last year which is super nice! I don't need a helmet I usually go slow and controlled enough, actually I didn't crash one time last year...

man i tried to get a job there last year, but i think since i was in college then and only had certains days i could work they didnt hire me.. but o well i love wanted a free season pass anyways haha
