Smokin a "Fatty"

It's not what it sounds like. LOL I bought a smoker and was doing some research and on this one site they have what they refer to as a "fatty".

Here are some pics. they are delicious.


This one is me and my sons first one. We made it with hamburger, peperoni,4blend cheese, and wrapped it in bacon.
