nah, i would have just brought the mood down in here, as some may know from previous posts. polotics infuriates me, but "celebrity" shit makes me want to kill somebody.

Yep... It's just like if the president (just a president in general) were to get married, I'm sorry, but I just don't care. Its just another marriage, and those people are no more important than the "common" folk.

It is just heritage, my peeps!!! The queen will pass away someday and they will have a king once again. I will watch some of it. And...it will be because England has helped out America so much overseas with the issues of the Middle East. We helped them out during WWII and they never have forgot that...and they, like Australia will always appreciate us for the support we gave them as well, and these two countries will back us at any time...and that make me feel really good to know.

There was a report on the news where she (don't even know her name) buys her clothes. I mean, that's great they're getting married, but who gives two shits about where she buys her clothes? This type of thing is on the news when we've got war heroes from THIS country risking their lives for us. Sorry, but I think it's BS I can't go through 5 channels on the TV without seeing their mugs plastered to my screen.

Have our backs politically? Yes. But as far as the general people of the UK go, no, not really.

Theres a HUGE number of people in the UK that still refers to Americans as "colonists", theres alot of nice people to, I've run into a few at Universal Studios, but the general population is deffinitely not pro-American as far as support goes. That's not to say the majority is anti-America, but more neutral than anything, but the percentage that looks down upon America and it's people still stays strong.

As far as Australia go, I've never heard them talk shit about anyone really, so good on them.
