slr chip

Are the slr performance chips advertised on this site worth a hoot. for a gain of 3-6 mpg that it promises, 70 bucks would pay off PDQ. has any one used one of these or would i be just pissin into the wind? i know that my 3.0 can use all the help it can get!!

I think gaining 3-6 mpg out of a just a chip is ridiculous IMOHO. Just being really gentle on the throttle and slowing down to 65-60 mph will make a huge difference.

i tried that. only got 2 mph better goin easy on the gas and doin 55 opposed to 70 or 65.
