Explorer 1996 4.0 4WD (2WD, 4WD Auto, 4WD Low)
When I grab the output-shaft of the transfercase I can move it vertically 1-2 mm. There is a slack, and I know it has been there for years. Oil is not seeping from the shaft ....
Is this normal, or is a bearing worn out?
