Here is an 87 Bronco II I bought a few months ago. I have a few questions with regards to lifting it. I plan to lift it 2" with coils and shackles and put 31x10.50's on it. I have been looking at the skyjacker 132/132X coils and rusty's offroad xj 1.5 shackles for the rear (6.5" long vs the stock one of 4.125 or so). Will this work? The truck has a one inch block in the back right now. The skyjacker lists the 132 coil for the bronco II but the 132X for the supercab, which one should I get? Also i know i need adjustable camber bushings to align it. Help please. Thanks

A Ranger Supercab is much heavier on the front axle than your BII is. I suspect you would end up with too much lift out of them and won't be able to align the frontend correctly.

Here is the bronco after the lift and 31's. I used the 132's and the shackles. The shackles are very heavy duty...

Indeed they are :D
Makes you wonder why they aren't more popular... Structurally they seem much better built than other (much more wildly popular) offroad rigs that are out there. Just the stock axles (and maybe the trans) are a little weak, but there are bolt-in options available to the junkyard-wanderer that fully takes care of that (and they are easy to work with even for more custom swaps too).

Yours looks to be a keeper for sure. Have fun with it.
