Simple Wiring

Alright im doing a little project for my friend. Its an 05 ranger single cab i've done before the installation for his stereo a kenwood kdc-mp342u. I'm in the process of swapping out his speakers but noticed he doesnt have rear speakers which I found odd but i guess its typical. So heres the question is there wires hidden before i take apart his back panels and look under the floor panels to save time and if not what wires am i looking to buy for this project.

speaker wire costs money... very minimal, but still... when you are producing thousands of trucks, you don't want to put speaker wire in there if it doesn't come stock with it



i'm gonna assume that there are no wires.... but i guess that's just an educated, possibly uneducated i guess lol, guess!

I thought all rangers came with rear speakers. But if there are no speaker wires, Just run some. they are not hard by any means to run.

i dout theres any speaker wires if theres no speakers. just go to aid auto or walmart and get some 18/ 16 awg speaker wire. its like 10 bucks for 100 feet.

Thank you this was the response i was waiting for. After following up on his truck turns out you have to order an additional package for them to come with the rear speakers oddly enough, and theyre i guess so cheap that they dont actually even leave wiring. Ontop that the only wiring found back there was for the outter taillight and overhead light.

So everyone knows and we can stop the guessing, No rear speakers, NO speaker wires.
