Side Decal/Graphics/Stripes Identification

Hey Everyone, my 1992 Ranger had these stripes on it when I first got it before getting it repainted. I don't think they were a factory option, but I figured I would see if anyone could help me identify them. Any information would be great at this point. Manufacturer, name, something, ect. Any insight would be great. I would really like to put them back on, I liked the look when I was younger and I still think they look nice.

Ford dealers were famous for having localized options and adding things to make the trucks sell. I know on the larger trucks they have dozens of named versions with stripes and emblems. None of them recognized by Ford. And only found in a certain area or city.

If you knew the history of the truck and were it was originally sold, that might be a starting point.
