i got this sudder but its only when i start from a complete start i think it might be rear brakes? any idea's?

I'm guessing the clutch, more specifically the pressure plate.

i had a slight shutter well thats an understatement it would stall the truck out in reverse only, and 1st if u let it out slow. Caused by a bad trans mount. ended up cracking my bellhousing and out of the 4 bolts that held the bell housing on 3 were broken off and 1 was only finger tight, distroyed my clutch too. it get better for a while when i ratchet straped the trans down

Check the carrier bearing on the rear driveshaft. That's a common issue.

I was going to suggest that, My carrier bearing is old but, not completly shot. If I launch really hard I can feel the carrier bearing flopping just a little. I am going to a one piece soon so I'm not going to fix it.
I think it is probably the clutch though (his problem).

Dusty, you have the same issue that I do. My Ranger shurders in 1st gear only, but only on a cold day. Once its warmed up enough, it stops. My carrier bearing is good, and transmission mounts are still good. And since I have 109K miles on the orignal clutch, I'm going to guess its the clutch.
