Pretty amazing what a stock suspension b2 will get itself into.

"Get itself into" but not get out of LOL. Typically SUV's will fair better in offroad conditions due to their approach and departure angles, and their weight is more evenly distributed putting weight on the front and rear differentials allowing for better traction.

Trucks in general are terrible offroading because they typically have no weight over the rear axle so in many cases they're "useless" in 2WD because they don't have any weight over the drive axle. Add a few hundred pounds in the bed and it will change your traction a lot.
