thanks all for your opinions...
looking into buying it this weekend.
if MPG was that important i would fix up my 88.
as far as what a book says its worth why buy a new ride...........its value drops as soon as you drive it off the lot.
i like the brown also,you would really have to see this truck in person.straight as a pin!

I'd rock it, and if your easy on the go pedal and keep the carb puttin' along on 2 barrels 20mpg isn't unheard of. My neighbor drives a bigblock chevy 1/2ton with the vacuum secondaries on a switch, closes them on the highway and with 3.4x gears he get's 24mpg....

I had one just like it in high school... only it was two tone, both colors were brown... we called it the "two-tone turd". It lasted forever.

Either way, I say get it... Unless your emission laws suck...

umm just noticed the a/c belt was off so woulda talked him down a bit more, but other than that it's clen and neat so yeah
