ive been looking for a DD and this fell in my lap saturday..............
81 ranger 58,000 org miles on truck
8000 on 351W and C-4 (came with a 300 six)
asking $3200,can probably get it for $3000 cash.
this truck is flippen sweeeeeet!
what do you guys think?

Too much for a 28 year old truck. That is a dealer sales price. Truck is not original with the engine change. It may/may not pass emissions (it wouldn't here), and yes, the mileage will suck. I don't believe the owners figures for a 351 and a full size truck. But if you want it, it's your money.shady

I would love to find one that clean, but as a F-350 for a tow pig.

It would be worth half that if it was half as nice as it is with a measly 300.

I would be all about it if I were you. That's a clean truck! But like Shady said, how strict are the emission laws where you live. That would be a big deciding factor for me.
