I just looked over my truck thinking about how to shorten this thing for wieght transfer. What if the leafsping perches were moved forward 4 inches, the rear bumper/frame supports cut and shortened 4 inches, then the bed shortened 4 inches and moved forward. A custom drive shaft is already needed for the v8 swap.
