well 2 of them,

im getting ready to visit my pops back in cali and ive got a front/rear bumper on an 84 ranger that is not being used and was wondering what would be the best way to get these to Iowa i wish i had the time to drive out there so i could just pick em up but since i cant get that much time off work ill have to ship em while im out there.

so for those of you that have actually shipped a bumper or large freight what would be the best approach for doing this? what shipping company do you or have you used? ect?

Thanks

I've shipped leaf springs at the Post Office. Bumper is about the same size and probably lighter. They were the most convenient for me. They are everywhere.

shipping a bumper?

heres a picture of the front and the rear is the same style made from schedule 80 pipe its got some weight to it

I just shipped a Valance a week or so ago and it cost me $115.00. Or should I say, I paid someone to package it and ship it for me.

yea i looked on the usps site it would be considered over sized , i had a roll pan shipped to me by UPS but it doesn't weigh nearly as much as these bumpers and that was around 8 years ago
