No feedback from Shiftster, no email confirming the order, no shipping info. I called the number and got voicemail. Left a message and no reply. I like to support small businesses but it would be nice to have some communication.

After no response to all my attempts at contact, I eventually had my credit card cancel the payment. Then, IIRC about a month after I ordered it, the shiftster showed up in the mail. It looked like it was a rough draft, not the nice polished version in the ad's. As I had already canceled payment, I decided to ship it back (at my own expense). So...purchase at your own risk I guess.
