Did the early 1350 RBVs only have a single light for 4x4?

I found one wire switches and two wire. They both have the same outer body. But I don't want it to come on when the Doubler is in the unused 4 hi detent.

Question is, does the one wire switch only indicate that you are in 4lo or only indicate 4hi?

I know the two wire is like my 1354 switch that grounds out one pin for 4 hi and then the other in 4 lo.

I need a switch for my Doubler, so I only need it to come on in low. I'd like to just run the one wire so i don't have spice/solder a pig tail for the plastic plug.

Turns out the single pin style is a resistance type sensor like a one wire oil pressure sender. I ended up running a two wire switch and only used the low range position wire.

Yea the one wires run under resistance, the same way as most old water temp sensors. You can get them initially close circuit or initially open circuit. Had a problem with finding the right one for a friend on his 69 camaro I believe it was for his idiot light.
