Yep. I got one hydro hose done. I need to pick up another explorer power steering pressure line to make my hydroboost supply line. Turns out my pressure line has the same fittings as hydroboost to gearbox, so that worked out good...

Same here. Master cyl is from a 95 Exploder on this rig. I bolted up the Cardone with no issues with the Hydroboost or anything

I got an 04 superduty hydroboost and mc, my hydroboost has a pressure supply, pressure return (to the gearbox) and low pressure return to my reservoir...

I have the same super duty HB, just running an explorer MC (or at least that's what I have a receipt for).

Same line arrangement too.

What the heck is the big round thing the lines go into? Is that the booster? Still need to plumb a cooler in this whole mess though

Not sure, shoot me a pic. Could be a proportioning valve. I went with the superduty mc cause its 1 3/8 bore, the ex iirc is only 7/8. I've got a lot of fluid to move ( 4 dual piston calipers), so I got a bidder piston...John is running the ex/ranger mc and his goes about half way to the floor, but it does lock up all four tires if you step on em hard enough, but he has stock vacuum booster

I can lock the 39s up like I was on donuts. Lol

It will hold the truck on an incline facing downhill in double low in gear. Which is awesome btw. My Ranger couldn't do that

well, I definately can't go tomorrow....just gonna stay home and recoup....

and I have put a 1 1/4" F series MC on and the pedal is much better....
