self-employed contractor. Mostly i try to focus on doing things like additions, custom sheds and retaining walls, but the way the economy has been i'll do just about anything to make a buck. Kind of helps that i know how to do it all, went to trade school for two years for carpentry/building construction and been in the field since. Started out with my 2000 ranger that i had bought new. Within the first couple years i had trashed the leaf springs so i built new custom packs, they'll handle a 1k load no problem. The last year i used it for work, i realized that it was way too small for my needs when i had to unpack half the bed to get to the stuff i needed for the job. That winter i slid it off an icy road (not on purpose!). So i upgraded to a 95 f-150 with the 300-6 motor for my work rig. For small jobs i have been guilty of piling all the stuff i'll need in my choptop and taking it for a spin.
Aside from that...
I'm also an author, just published my first book a couple weeks ago.
Also have played around with building websites. I've built one for a business other than my own, working on another for a different business right now, and i built one for a gaming clan.
I even play mechanic a little. Done a little bit of repair/modification for other people and i've played around with some repair/modification on lawn tractors too.
what is the title of the book and what is it about?
