What locker do you prefer

Ok. what do you think are better (vote this option) and what do you have (write this option)
 
Automatic. Simple, less to go wrong, don't have to think about it/it's there when you need it and still pretty street friendly.
 
Depends on the application.

For a rear diff a Detroit wins hands down. Up front my vote goes for the OX.
 
i've never had anything other then an automatic and i love um- as least up to this point. i'm not a big fan of air tho, have a buddy w/ and arb in a toyota and its constantly screwing up with the lines, compressor ect. i think a cable locker would be awsome just the price tag is way outta my budget, but one can dream.
 
I have ARBs on two vehicles and have never had any problems with the air lines or the compressor.
I think the vast majority of problems with these is due to carelessness during installation.

That said, automatic lockers are much easier to install, and generally are fine choices for the rear axle.
Nothing beats having a selectable locker up front though.
