I have a 97 2.3l ranger with a 5speed manual with 248,000 miles and just did a tune up. New plugs, wires, coils. When I start it it seems to run a little rough and when I just tap the gas it doesn’t stall, but when I press on the gas’s about half way and I let it off the rpm’s will slow and then it will cut off. I think it may be either the IAC, the TPS, or the MAF. Any help

When I work on something then have problems 90% of the time it's what I worked on. Usually my fault. Double check everything you touched first.

yeah, that and at that many miles unplug the IAC (2 pin connector near the throttle on the firewall side) and see if it will idle when warm, if not screw the throttle stop screw in a little bit at a time until it does and go from there...
