Seat foam and seat backs.

where can i get replacement foam for the bottom of my explorer buckets? i think they are gen 1 explorer buckets, they look like the high back ones from the 90 B2. http://i726.photobucket.com/albums/ww261/93greenbomb/PICT0071.jpg <-- they look like this, if not slightly slimmer.

also, how do i remove the upholstery and foam from the back of a gen1 ranger/b2 bucket? i found why it leans and i can get it fixed if i can get the cover off without destroying it.

The cover is slip on and has tabs at the bottom where the seat back on seat bottom meet. I wouldnt go for new foam neccessarily until finding what teh local JY would charge for new used seats if they have them. I bought a set of explorer buckets for my ranger tan leather in great condition with power for les than 50 bucks.

Yeah, covers slip off, just gotta undo the clips at the bottom. To get the foam out you gotta cut the hog rigs, so you'll need new ones.

yeah, it unzipped, but it doesn't just "slide" off, i stood on the bottom and pulled so hard i thought i'd be the next king of england if it came off, no dice.

you dont need to get the premolded foam you can go to any fabric store and get about an inch thickness foam and put over your old seat foam

my seat foam is only crushed on one side, it needs to be completely replaced, as i'm tired of leaning.
