Alright so after looking and reading around I've decided that I want a programmer from bamachips. I have some questions first. I'll start with the dumbest question first lol.

1. On the website they talk about the 4.0L SOHC, but the programmer will work with my 1996 4.0L OHV right?
2. Can the programmer account for increased tire size and then correct the speedometer?
3. I plan on putting on headers, a complete 2.5" exhaust system, build a custom air intake, and put on an electric fan. They say I should list modifications to help them tune it correctly. Would the relatively minor modifications I plan on doing effect the tuning that greatly? Should I wait until after I do all I plan and get the customized tune?

P.S. I debated putting this in the Misc. Electrical and Gauges but I decided to put it here since it effects the engine as well so apologies if it is in the wrong section.

Anyone? Any advice would be appreciated. I'm fairly certain this will work on anything 96+ right?

The 4.0 SOHC is a lot different than the OHV. It may be best to call them and see if they make one for your truck but don't have it listed.
