Scored well on my first ACT!

I got a 28 the first time around.. that was five years ago.

Id take it again just to see what ive gained or lost.

i definitely am.

i have more potential in me, i didn't study, and know what to study a bit more now.

online shit can only tell you so much, the real test gives you so much more than any book or site.

Nice job man.

The first time i took it i got a 27 also. The second time i got a 30 and get bright flight scholarship for it. So i recommend taking it once, maybe twice more. Just study and you will do good.

Same exact thing I was going to say. 27 then 30 for me also. Plus a pretty nice scholarship which is what its all about

I never took the ACT or SAT, community college doesn't require that. :icon_thumby:

its not really used around here though, everywhere uses the sats mostly

community college doesn't have a pre-med program :)

midwest schools use ACT primarily, the further east and west you go, the more you run into SAT.

Not alot of schools REQUIRE one or the other, some do and it may be more prevelant than I am making it seem, but most will take either. or just a certain rank in your class.

That is a damn good point. lol. I'm going for my degree in Automotive Systems. I'll graduate with an Associates in Applied Science. I'm not a book worm, I was hated homeworked and book work and took as many shop classes as possible. I love manual labor and hands-on projects. Everyone has their niche though.

somebody has to be there to operate when you slice your aorta in a bad shop accident :)

jk, cuz if you sliced your aorta.. you'd be dead before the ambulance got to you, sadly enough lol.

but you know what i mean, everyone has to do something different to have a better more efficient society.

i got a 24 the first and only time. it was good enough for the school i planned on going to. things changed though and i dont even need an ACT score for EMT

i need a hell of an ACT score, because my family can't afford college very easily.

Haha ya, i'll PM you next time I need some advice as what to do if I start bleeding everywhere. I'm just thankful that some people have that kind of patients to do those kinds of jobs. I can't sit still for 10 minutes and i'm very impatient.
