SC'ed V8 GT

I can not take credit for the work that was done, but I am the proud owner of this Supercharged V8 ranger GT. It sits on 275/40 ZR 17's. Has 4.11's in the rearend. I am told it Dynoed 305 RWHP

I am in discussion with Ring and Pinion about replacing the rear axles, adding a locker and changin the 4.11's out. In discussion with a painter in town about doing some ghost type paint work over the black. Head Unit is only part of sound system installed atm. Going to an Audio shop tomorrow to discuss a custom box being made for it and a total system.

I like this alot, must have taken a good amount of work to mod that supercharger to sit infront like that.
I am currently in the process of building my motor, i have an 01 that im swapping a Coast High 363 Stroker motor into. Its their super big bore 302 based motor, starting out with a nitrous kit and in a year or two once ive got the cash put away im planning on a Kenne Bell twin screw blower with the flowzilla intake. Im hoping to push 400-450 N/A and then up in the 600 district, the blower is capeable of 600 with the stock 302 bore size so it shouldint be a problem.
The truck is getting a full frame off rebuild, i the rearend from a 98 mountaineer thats going into it. (Larger rearend and... DISC BRAKES) Im going to be getting 2-3 more crossmembers welded into the frame so i dont turn it into a pretzel and im doing a full suspension on it.
Basicly my ultimate goal is to have a corvette killing ranger, im not super into drag, actually im nuts for drifting so thats the route im going with the truck. Hoping to actually run it in one of the Nopi events and scare all the guys with 240s. Ill have some pics when i start pulling the truck appart, at the moment im piecing the motor togeather so theres not much i can show you that you cant find on CHP's website.

That's a sharp Gen 1. I like the SC V8 route too. The only thing I'd change is to put an intercooler in there. Where is the MAF on that truck? I don't see it in the pics.

MAF is on the underside of the Intake you see. Redrange sounds like a bad little ranger you are building there. My Explorer 8.8 should be goin in next week. Audio system is supposed to be installed today. I will update the cardomain page with pics soon as I have em.
