Looking for a OBD 1 AND OBD II scanner with ABS codes, and live sensor readings. (standalone hardware preferred but using a Laptop is ok)

I drive mostly GM, ford and toyota vehicles.

I would like to pay less than $300. Something new with warranty.

Looks like I need two scanners to do everything.

INNOVA 3160 looks like my ticket as an OBD2 scanner, now obviously it does not support OBD1(but the 3140 does, however it does not support ABS, SRS codes)
It looks fairly durable, but no more so than most cellphones.

Can anyone help with a good OBD 1 scanner?

obd1 is simplistic compared to obd2. You can use a multi-meter and look up the codes received online. Just buy the cheapest you can find. Shouldn't be more than $20.00. One with a memory is a bonus.
