Sas brake lines

When doing a Dana 44 swap, I don't see a single person talking about the brake line portion of their build. Is it a non issue? Do the brake lines really line up that easily that it doesn't even need to be discussed? I don't know a damn thing about brakes. I have extended steel braided lines for my current 8" lift. Will it fit to my d44 calipers or will I run into problems. My set up is a 79 f250 d44 into a 93 ranger. Thank you in advance for any info provided

I am putting the same set up into the same truck and have the same question. Did u ever figure this out?

When I did my swap (even tho it is a d60 I installed) I out a single brake hose down from the center of the truck down to the axle and then ran hard lines out to each knuckle where there is a short flex hose to the caliper.

As Sasquatch_Ryda mentioned is the best way.

Lower your axle to full extension, measure your distance between upper line bracket and lower line bracket, add about 3 inches, throw in a flexible line with the correct length, and hard line to both calipers
