Sad news for us....

Been in your position 4 times except it was with dogs. It is never easy. The last one was especially hard because he was really the first of them that was really my guy. We took him through expensive chemo for cancer and he lived about five more years. The worst part was it had to be done at 3:00 a.m. on Christmas morning three years ago. It was the worst Christmas in our house ever.

my worst christmas was back in 04 when an ilegal alien hit an runned my moms 88 ranger, insurance said it was totaled, its still running to this day, just not on the road...

on a side note, my old dog, whos at my moms house, along with the 88 ranger, is getting old, im not sure how many years hes got left, going on 14 now but hes still active. i wish he was here in arkansas with me to live out his life

Hearing about this makes my eye tear up a bit Stray. My first cat passed at 24 years old... Losing a family member, be it pet or person, is incredibly difficult. I'm sure that his smile was a thank you for 21 years of love and care!

Good looking cat for being 21. We had to put down my 19 year old siamese a couple years ago, sweetest thing ever, but had an overactive thyroid gland and only weighed three pounds.
