Rust on Shifter plate

Pulled out the rubber and have a little rust on the floor pan, but the the things that appear much more rusted are the two galvanized hole covers for the cab mount (I think) holes and most oddly is the plate that the shifter sits on. Photos attached because I can’t find the technical names on either of the parts but I’m hoping to find out how I source a plate that I can’t seem to find a name for? Thanks!

Those are most likely junkyard items. Nobody is going to have them off.

My cab mounts plates are laying in the house. I've had them off for a couple years now. I figure it water gets in it'll drain out faster that. IDK though because the cab is still sealed well enough to pressurize. I have to crack a window to get the heater to work right if I set it for fresh air.
