Running lights dash lights

Is there any way of testing my head light switch on my 92 ranger, I think its bad I have no tail lights dash lights or radio lights. Headlights, turn and brake lights work. And I get no power at the 10 amp fuse that controls the dash lights, check the fuse its fine.

Well i bought a new switch still no lights.

I also check the fuses under the hood all good and have power.

I solved it, thought i was the one that caused it. I had forgot i pulled a fuse out after i shorted it out but forgot to replace it.
