Routing cable for backup camera

A few hours and a couple hundred zip ties later and I'm all done. Will write another thread later about mounting the radio in case it helps others.
With regards to the routing inside, I found it pretty difficult given my body size to route the wire above the pedals so what I did was prying the trim panel below the steering wheel and routing the wires (mic + power + video) in there from the parking brake release lever to the other side by the center console then up to the back of the radio. That way I avoided the steering column, master cylinder etc... It's all finished and very happy so far!! Having carplay in a 2007 truck is pretty epic!
