round factory fog light aiming

i think i posted this in the wrong spot yesterday - how do you adjust the factory fog lights? on my 2003 ranger they are shining in a V instead of a straight line, as though they are rotated at about a 45 degree angle
 
they are aimed by turning the small round device located just below the bulb on the backside of the light.
 
OK I Know this post is old, dead, and tired - but I had to answer my own question. Long before I ever got the truck, it was involved in some type of collision that required a bumper replacement.
Whoever put it back together swapped the fog lights left and right - they are stamped "LH" and "RH" so its pretty hard to screw up, but if you put them on the wrong side they will only fit in upside down. Hopefully this helps if anyone else has this happen.
