Rough idle after start for 45 seconds

O.K right after I start I have a rough idle like it is running very rich (no codes) it stops after I get going or rev it for 45 seconds. So far I have cleaned the MAF(with MAF cleaner), New fuel & air filters. 60 psi on rails tested running 30 while off, New IAC, new plugs, new wires, replaced one injector that was bad and ran 2 cans of sea foam through. Last night I cleaned the canister purge valve wich was stuck open and replaced the hoses. I could not blow through it after cleaning. Does anyone have any thoughts.

only thing i could think of is bad maf. since you have replaced everything else. also, check to make sure the airbox is sealed properly. i had a rough idle because it wasnt seated properly.
