Rotate a video?

Any suggestions as to how I can rotate a .AVI file? I would like to rotate it 90 degrees clockwise but can not seem to figure out how.

I thought I could right click and rotate it like a regular pisture file, but Windows does not give a selection for that.

You can rotate video files in Windows Movie Maker. The option is somewhere in the tools menu.
