This statement is the biggest FAIL I have read in quite some time... in winter, you ALWAYS go slower than recommended speed.this is kilometers eh... 50s not that fast (especially when thats what the recommended speed for the corner)
And the chances of actually winning that suit against the Dept. of Roads or whatever you have up there is very low...
And more than likely, that sign means that you should only go 50 around it in IDEAL conditions... in winter you should go even slower.it was on a road that is normally an 80 the 50 is a yellow sgn which means it isnt the ideal conditions its for poor conditions.
Not to chew your ass here, but I'm just pointing out a few things... and like someone said earlier, the mentality of lying and saying you hit a deer is just plain dishonest and you should just suck it up and tell what actually happened...
