Road trip. Wanna meet?

Hey, My girlfriend and I will be taking a big 2000 mile roadtrip. We want to make it special and I think i know a great way to make it memorable. I was thinking we could meet up with members along the way. We have the dog and a trailer, and 2wd so I dont know if wheeling would work out, but we'd love to hit some local hotspots instead of big attractions. Just local sites, beauty, and anything you could have in mind.

It would be incredibly nice if maybe even if anyone would happen to have a room we could stay in for a night for $20 or so, we'll pay for food. We dont have anywhere but hotels, and we wanna meet people, and that would be a good way to do it.

Even if you dont have a place to stay we still wanna meet you! So post up and I'll PM you my number. We dont have any sure route set up yet, but we're going from Oregon to Ohio, so we can put together the route based on meets.

It will probably be the first week in April.

I live about 20 miles from I-90, but there isnt much to do around here anyway. my girlfriend's dad lives in Walnut Grove, MN. its about 45 minutes from the interstate, but if your gf likes Laura Ingles Wilder it would be a nice stop for you.

we got the Mississippi headwaters here and Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox, 2nd most photoed landmark a bit ago in the us.
